1. What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computers internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you text messages about our store, new products and other updates.
2. Do you offer refunds?
No, When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.
3. Do you offer exchanges?
No, Verge Extensions does not offer exchanges. Be sure sure to order the correct extensions before checking out on our site.
4. How long does order processing take?
Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you'll receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your order 3-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.
5. Does Verge Extensions offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping! Please choose your shipping method of choice during the checkout process. Please note that when purchasing hair during our sale periods, shipping can take up to 7 business days.
6. Are your extensions 100% virgin?
Yes, we offer 100% virgin, Brazilian hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.
7. How many bundles are recommended for styling?
The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you're trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look.
8. How long does Verge Extensions last?
Verge Extensions can last for more than one year depending on the way you treat the hair. We recommend co-washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners as well.
9. Can I color my extensions?
Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.
10. Can I make changes to an order?
If you notice an error made on your end in regards to a placed order, please email or text us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it.
