Chargeback Agreement – Read Before Purchase
By completing your purchase with VergeExtensions (or affiliated brands), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding chargebacks, disputes, and refunds:
  1.   Authorization of Payment
You affirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have been granted explicit permission by the cardholder to make this purchase. Any claims of unauthorized use will be investigated and may be reported as fraudulent misuse.
  2.   All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted unless the item is proven to be damaged or incorrect upon arrival (with photo/video evidence provided within 24 hours of delivery).
  3.   Delivery ConfirmationOrders marked “delivered” via tracking are considered fulfilled. VergeExtensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking confirms delivery. Disputes claiming “item not received” will be automatically rejected.
  4.   Product Description & Expectations
You acknowledge that product descriptions, textures, lengths, and photos have been provided prior to purchase. Subjective claims such as “not as expected” or “doesn’t match personal preference” do not qualify for chargebacks. Hair patterns, density, and lace sizes are industry-standard and may vary slightly per unit.
  5.   No Recurring Charges
We do not offer subscriptions or auto-renewals. Any dispute for recurring billing will be invalid, as each order is a one-time transaction initiated by the customer.
  6.   Refunds Must Be Approved
Any refunds, if applicable, must be requested directly through VergeExtensions within 24 hours of delivery. Refund requests made via chargeback bypass proper resolution channels and will be denied.
  7.   Chargeback Waiver & Agreement
You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting VergeExtensions first to resolve any issues. Should you attempt to file a chargeback in violation of this agreement, you acknowledge that:
  •   You are committing friendly fraud, which may result in legal action, permanent blacklist from our store, and/or submission to a fraud prevention database.
  •   Documentation, tracking, screenshots, and signed policies will be submitted to the financial institution to dispute and reverse your claim.
  •   You waive any right to initiate or win a chargeback unless the transaction was genuinely unauthorized and can be legally proven.
  8.   Digital Agreement
By purchasing from our website, social media, invoice, or payment platform (Shopify, Square, CashApp for Business, etc.), you confirm agreement to this policy. This agreement is legally binding and will be presented as evidence in any chargeback dispute.
