Verge Extensions doe not offer refunds. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.

Standard shipping: 3-7 days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 days

BEFORE CHECKING OUT, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCH. IF IT DOES NOT, OUR SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

DUE TO COVID-19, THERE WILL BE A DELAY IN PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF ALL ORDERS. ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AND CAN TAKE UP TO 5-10 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS TO BE DELIVERED.

Return Policy

While we appreciate every customer, we have a firm no return policy. Therefore you must contact us immediately to address any concerns and we will happily make an exchange per our exchange policy below. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Exchange policy

If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will allow an exchange on the hair within 7 days from the date of purchase If the Verge extension security sticker hasn't been removed from around the hair weft. Removal or tampering of the security tag makes the sale final. All exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt (no exceptions). Hair can not be tampered with, combed or unraveled. Hair that is accepted for exchange must be in the condition it was purchased.
